REPORTING FROM MEXICO: Today the Mexican Energy Secretary Jordy Herrera Flores shocked the nation in a press conference by announcing that largest "Shale Gas" reserves were found along the border with Texas in Coahuila, Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas.  This discovery would literally increase Mexico's gas reserve by 500%

The Energy Secretary proceeded to explain the amount of wells, refinaries as well as the investment required to exploit the area.  The problem is that this economic wealth is right in the middle of Zeta Control territory.

This is going to be a problem, then again it might be a blessing in disguise.
