Reporting Deep Inside of Mexico: Nothing can bring healing to a nation as a dosage of patriotism. So how is that achieved in a nation that has lived a war for the last 5-years.

The Opening Ceremony at the Pan American Games Guadalajara 2011, this past Friday, impressed the nation by its well organized manner.
As a matter of fact, this year the U17 World Cup of Soccer was played in several Mexican cities, Mexico having won the World Championship in Aztec Stadium. A wave of patriotism swept the nation.
Therefore, the PAN (National Action Party)is considering sponsor a bill that would authorize the government to back the Mexican Olympic Committee so a bid can be made for the 2020 Olympics. Guadalajara practically has the entire infrastructure as these Pan American Games has demonstrated it.
I would have to agree that Mexico should at least make the attempt because this country needs something to unite it - cheering together is a first step.
