ANONYMOUS Member @MommyLonewolf Speaks Out
REPORTING FROM MEXICO: The question the media and the world governments are not asking is the one that has given ANONYMOUS life.
The question is simple: Why does ANONYMOUS exist?
Instead of focusing on this question, media blogs, national and state governments are looking for ways to stop ANONYMOUS. Any plumber could tell you that he cannot stop a leak if he does not know where it is any why it happened.
GRUPO SPY PEOPLE, a hacker blog, recently interviewed an ANONYMOUS Member, who happens to be a woman, to ask the question no one is asking: WHY FIGHT?
Of course the interview is in Spanish as she is part of ANONYMOUS Mexico, but I will simply summarize what motivated her to risk her personal safety and add her efforts with ANONYMOUS.
@MommyLonewolf was a victim of an illegal arrest. Illegal because the police was paid by another woman who was infatuated with the person she was having a relationship with. The police was paid $500 pesos in order to "scare" Linda. She shares how the police drove her around town for about 3-hours on the floor of the cop car asking her multiple questions about her family.
She often insisted that she be taken to jail so that she could be processed and thus find out why she arrested. The cops realized that they had made a grave mistake because Linda was not going to allow herself to be released from the car, she wanted to be processed.
They finally took her for processing. By this time her family and other loved ones had already set the alarm off and were at the jail facility requesting to see her. It was then that she arrived.
The authorities could not provide an explanation for the 3-hour lapse from detention to entering the facility. She was not allowed to see her family, but rather thrown in a cell with the stench of urine, blood and other body odors.
While her family was attempting to secure her release, several jailers told her that she could be released in exchange for sexual favors.
However, during shift change a well-intentioned guard provided her with a used copy of the penal code, and in the semi-darkness of her captivity she read as much of it as she could. It was in that dreaded place that her eyes became open - the law.
She needed to learn the law so that another citizen would not suffer the travesty of injustice and corruption. She was a victim of corruption where someone could simply "pay" the police for her kidnapping and unlawful arrest.
She was eventually released but her life had changed. She decided to do two things: buy a computer in order to learn how to use it and most important of all - study law.
She taught herself how to surf the Internet and later how to write software, create viruses and later the art of hacking.
This was @MommyLonewolf story and although it ended on a good note, she could have been killed in that "scare". It is for this reason that she joined ANONYMOUS.
This story is dedicated to those that have experienced corruption, especially @MommyLonewolf . As for:
